My favorite part of Auto Shop Follow-Up is they make all the courtesy calls, declined service calls and lost customer calls so that I don’t need to hire an in house customer retention person… it is one less thing to worry about. When I had an in house customer retention person, they would get sick/have a day off and then I wouldn’t be able to track exactly when the customers were being called. Also, it’s so great not to need to train a new person to make these calls! I LOVE this service. The calls make it possible for us to stabilize car count and make sure that our customers had an exceptional experience.
